
Design and Build:
In conjuntion with our partners we can take a new build, renovation or extension from initial concept through the planning permission process and onto the construction stage to completion. The advantage of this is that we can design it from a buildability point of view to keep construction costs down without compromising on design.

New Builds + Foundations:
The bread and butter of our company is construction of new homes. Homes are built to a high quality and to an extremely high energy standard. We can take your self-build or direct labour new build from breaking the ditch to pouring the floor screed independent of the overall project.

Renovations and Extensions:
For us renovations and extensions usually go hand in hand but not always. Whether your’re adding to your kitchen or putting an extra storey on your bungalow, we’re the guys to talk to.
Coolcower:
The original brick built bungalow in Coolcower was built in 1979 on a beautiful site overlooking Carrigadrohid reservoir. We removed the roof and went up a storey in blockwork with the addition of 5 dormers and a huge velux rooflight, k-rend gp mortar was applied to blend the new blockwork above to the grey brickwork below. 100mm insulated slab was added to the existing external walls. All new windows by Classic windows including the massive schuco glass sliding door to the black limestone patio overlooking the river finishes off the transformation. Project was helped along by excellent clients who were interested in every aspect of the build.
Melbourne Road:
This project on Melbourne road featured a few challenges with the main issue being acccess, as contractors we try making everything as easy as possible for ourselves, we only resort to the wheelbarrow when all other options have been exhausted. Unfortunetely in this case, a micro digger, all spoil and all new materials had to pass through a 30 inch door to the side of the house. The end result is one of my favourite extensions as it transformed the house from a dark cold offering into a bright energy efficient family home. It also helped in doubling the value of the house from 275k in 2015 to 550k in 2020. Again in this case clients with realistic expectations on both budget and timeframe helped us deliver the project.
